MTM&Robotics is a traditional opportunity for exchange of opinions and socializing of the participants. In order to preserve these aspects, the organizers of MTM&Robotics 2020 decided to postpone the conference for the next summer in accordance with the WHO advice for the public during the COVID-19 pandemic and following the recommendation of IFToMM. The date of the actual conference, in June or July 2021 will be communicated to all authors in time for participation preparations.

However, considering that the submission and reviewing of papers will soon come to end, the organizers decided to publish the proceedings volume during this year. There is an ongoing contract with Springer Publishers, assuming that the manuscript of the volume will be handed over the mid of August. If the payment is done until then, the book of the conference will be shipped to the authors in December 2020.

Under these circumstances, the authors are invited to pay 60 Euro until the 15th of August, as cost of the printed volume of MTM&Robotics 2020. The rest of the participation fee will be paid next year, before the actual developing of the conference.

Accepted papers will only be included in the conference book if at least one of the authors is registered until August 15th, 2020.
